Senior Estate Planning Attorney


Salary Range: $110,000 per year

Location: Houston, TX (Memorial Area) -

Hybrid (1-2 days per week remotely)

Job Overview:

Now Hiring You is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney for our client, Codispoti Law. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in estate planning and probate administration, capable of managing complex estates ranging from $1 million to $15 million. This role offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing and drafting trusts and filing administrations (independent/dependent).
  • Handling uncontested estate and probate matters.
  • Providing expert legal advice on trust-based planning and asset protection.
  • Billing a minimum of 1,400 hours per year.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in probate administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of probate court procedures and filing requirements.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with expatriate clients, undocumented real estate investors, and Spanish fluency.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual court hearings.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $110,000 per year.
